NDPROV-MX Software
NDPROV-MX is an implementation of a proxy interface directly over the MX API for the new Network Direct Service Provider Interface from Microsoft. It has been tested on Windows CCS and Windows HPC Server 2008 . Installation instructions can be found in the respective README file or in the distribution files listed below.
The Add on provides an easier upgrade path. It is possible to upgrade an existing HPC Server 2008 installation by updating the Network Direct Service Provider DLL.| Operating System | Network Direct Service Provider 'Add on' |

Besides the Middleware package for an existing MX installation, we provide an 'MX over Myrinet'- or 'MX over Ethernet'- MSI Installer. This method of installation will provide an automated install process which will install both MX and ND drivers including automatic network mapping. For corresponding CHANGES and READMES please refer to the general packages of either MX or the Add on above.
Software versions supporting MX_BONDING allow for the aggregation of physical Myri-10G ports and increase the bandwidth. Through an efficient hardware and software mechanism the bandwidth will multiply by the number of ports used. For additional information on what MX_BONDING does please refer to the general MX web pages.
